Description
Orders of service of the marriage ceremonies of several African American couples in the Tallahassee area from the late 1970s to the year 2000. The orders of service include mentions of the music played during the ceremonies, lists of the wedding parties of the bride and groom, the coordinators of the ceremonies, and messages from the married couples to their wedding guests. Several of the ceremonies took place at Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church, a historically African American church in Tallahassee, Florida.
