Description

A photo album with pictures from the Aquilina C. Howell Instructional Services Center Dedication Ceremony that took place on November 28th, 1995. On the first page is a letter from Frank T. Brogan, the Florida Department of Education Commissioner at the time, January 31st, 1996. In the letter, he is congratulating Howell for the honor, in addition to her other accolades from over the years. Howell is also pictured in many of the images, onstage receiving the honor, as well as with other individuals around the center. In addition, there is a newspaper clipping concerning Leon County School Board decisions that were subsequently made in the center.
