Description

A collection of journalism-related documents, publications and notes kept by Thelma Thurston Gorham. Miss Collegiate Black American materials including summaries, lists of participating colleges, press release drafts, and other documents. There are also writing materials, including editorial rewrites, a copy of a language usage test, biological sketches, an award and news release to Janita Ford Hollis, book reviews of Bill Fore's "Television and Religion", as well as other newspaper clippings and copies. There are also publishing company notes and directories, as well as features and drafts of Florida A&M University journalism news, article edits, a references list, and correspondence on college textbooks and materials.
