Contains materials on Thomasina Johnson Norford, Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune, the Women's Self Government Association at the University of Minnesota, Langston Hughes, Robert Hayes (American football player), Vernon Jarrett, Fort Huachuca. Contains signatures of Mary Mcleod Bethune, Thurgood Marshall, Langston Hughes, Shirley Chisholm, Robert Hayes, Vernon Jarrett.

Contains a page of signatures from August, 1947(9?) which is notable for the inclusion of Richard Gorham.
