A photo album with pictures from the Aquilina C. Howell Instructional Services Center Dedication Ceremony that took place on November 28th, 1995. On the first page is a letter from Frank T. Brogan, the Florida Department of Education Commissioner at the time, January 31st, 1996. In the letter, he is congratulating Howell for the honor, in addition to her other accolades from over the years. Howell is also pictured in many of the images, onstage receiving the honor, as well as with other individuals around the center. In addition, there is a newspaper clipping concerning Leon County School Board decisions that were subsequently made in the center.

A photo album with pictures from The Carter Howell Strong Park Dedication Ceremony that took place at noon on February 20th, 1993. Eunice Spencer Carter, Mamie Johnson Simmons Strong and Aquilina C. Howell were honored for their leadership, commitment and service to Frenchtown in the naming of the park, and can be seen pictured in many of the photographs, including the ribbon cutting. Other unidentified individuals are pictured speaking at the event and at the moment of the ribbon cutting. At the end, there is also a newspaper clipping from the Tallahassee Democrat, November 7th 1992, about tree planting in Frenchtown around the pond that eventually was made into a lake, and subsequently the Carter Howell Strong park.
